Hello folks this article is kinda special to me because this is my 100th blog post and my last post for 2010. In this article, I am going to share with you why every business must have a blog and you also gotta have my top 10 wordpress plug ins for 2010.

First of all a blog is very important because it’s your home base on the internet. It’s like your central hub on the internet where you build more relationships with your readers and followers by providing them with more value. It is in fact the internet marketing’s best kept secret. So you are giving away your knowledge freely on your blog depending on your niche. If you are in the online marketing or network marketing niche, you teach people how to generate leads for their network marketing business or how to market online effectively.

So here are the reasons why every business must have a blog: blog

1. Blogs are easy to set up and maintain. It is also the easiest way to brand yourself online and express your leadership and marketing skills in a form of a content.

2. You can get free traffic from social media sites like facebook, twitter, linkedin, digg and stumble upon. Plus you will get the love of search engines because search engines like google and yahoo loves wordpress. And blogging is really the safest most dependable way to capture leads, sales and sign ups for your business without spending a ton of money.

3. You can use your blog to to get better results with your article marketing, press releases and even your video marketing tactics. You will in fact increase your search engine rankings through this method because of the backlinks that you will get from other sites.

4. Blogs are more credible than sales letters, brochures, advertisements and replicated websites. Just think of it this way, if social networking is like going to a big party, having a blog is like hosting your own party! And blogs are by far the fastest, easiest way to build your own piece of virtual real estate online.

5. And the good thing about having your own blog is that you can update it anytime with fresh and useful contents. It is also interactive where people can comment and voice their opinions about your content. This adds a social dynamic to your marketing and in essence allows you to build your own community of loyal readers and followers. The goal of your blog is to deliver pure value and gain loyal readers who you will attract and pull into your marketing funnel.

And now as I’ve mentioned……….

    Great Article Sonny!

I agree wholeheartedly with every reason why any business owner should have a blog. It’s a GREAT source for PERSONAL branding, rather than your company. People will get to know YOU, not your opportunity.

And I must say, great job on the list as well. I have only a couple of the plugins you listed, so I really need to get my butt in gear and get those for myself.

I’ve found so much value in the article, Sonny. Thanks! Keep it up man!

    -Adrian
