In this article I am going to share with you about why 95% of network marketers are still struggling in mlm. You are in mlm because you want to make extra money, achieve time and financial freedom right? And not to struggle! So let’s dissect each and every aspect of why 95% of network marketers are still struggling to build their mlm business and achieve the results that they desire.
If you are looking to get rich in mlm the next week or the next month, then I encourage you to quit your mlm now and go back to your j.o.b. This business requires work and there are some skills that you need to learn. The beauty of this business though is you will be working for yourself but not by yourself. And the rewards are truly great such as having more time with your family and having the ability to decide what kind of money you want to make! So it will only work if you work on it. If this is the case, then why is it that 95% of networker marketers are still struggling in mlm?
1. Lack of Leads – leads are the lifeblood of your business. If you don’t have enough leads, your business will die. And you will not succeed, why? Because without leads, nobody will buy your products and services. So you need to have a consistent flow of leads everyday. That’s why you need to learn some marketing skill to address this problem.
2. Lack of Money – the reason why 95% of network marketers fail in their mlm business is that they run out of money. When they have maxed out all their friends and family, their next step is to ask for referrals until they realize that nobody wants to buy their products and services. If you’re not selling your opportunity to people who genuinely crave what you have, you’re always going to be trying to force a square peg into a round hole. Doing it the old manual labor-make-a-names-lists-and-ask-for-referrals way is like using a typewriter to bang out 10,000 letters when you could have a printing press do it in a fraction of the time. So you need to learn a strategy on how to make money even if your prospects don’t join you in your business.
3. Lack of Real Marketing Training – another reason why 95% of network marketers fail in their businesses is that they don’t know how to market. So in order to solve this problem, you need to have a training platform that effectively teaches you how to market your business online and make money whether your prospects joins you or not in your business opportunity. You need to make money out of 95% who say “NO” to your primary business. So choose a marketing strategy that you like best, focus and master it.
4.Lack of Duplication – network marketing is all about duplication. So if you want to stop struggling in mlm, you need to duplicate your success with your team. You need to provide your team with a duplicable website marketing system that works. You have to train your distributors in the most effective online marketing strategies. You have to teach your reps to put money in their pockets in their first 90 days or less. And you have to help and get your team in profit to increase retention.
In order for a network marketer to stop struggling in mlm, they have to have a system that consistently does this for them over and over again. You hold up your end of the bargain and a good system will produce for you. It has to be fool-proof. Remember that people never want what’s forced on them! This is precisely the problem with everything most network marketers been taught about recruiting.

Good post. about the duplication part.. not all of our reps our going to do online stuff because not every rep will choose it. Online stuff are good however people should only use this after they are done talking to their warm market because that will give them results FAST and can help them get fast DUPLICATION. Its their decision to do whatever strategy they want to choose and all we need to do is support them. The old school method is still working and will continue to work in the future. Ive meet a lot people who made millions of dollars personally using the old strategy like making a list and asking for referral if their prospect did not sign up. Today you can use online and offline and choose what works for you. I agree that we must have a system in place where we can put them after they sign up on our business opportunity. However there is big difference between SYSTEMS and TOOLS and some people don`t know the difference. A system helps you to have duplication and tools help you generate leads and expand your warm market on the internet. Learning network marketing is like learning a new sport. It takes time to be good at it but once you get it.. thats the time you are going to make some money.
